College Street/ Ash Street home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in College Street/ Ash Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $6,750 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,500 - a 8.9% increase over the $75,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in College Street/ Ash Street in the first quarter of 2017.
