Route 97/ 9th Street home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Route 97/ 9th Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.
