Arlington Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $11,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 15 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $48,500 - a 31.1% increase over the $37,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Arlington Heights in the first quarter of 2017, as well.
