Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $5,165 while total sales increased by 22.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,835 - a 5.3% decrease over the $98,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue in the first half of 2016.
