Route 97/ Walnut Street home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Route 97/ Walnut Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $19,750 while total sales increased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,500 - a 53.7% increase over the $36,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Route 97/ Walnut Street in the first half of 2016.
