Auburn home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Auburn fell by $28,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,500 - a 19.6% decrease over the $142,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Auburn in January 2018, as well.
