Route 4/ Washington Street home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Route 4/ Washington Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $51,500 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,500 - a 54.2% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Route 4/ Washington Street in February 2016.
