4th Street/ Cook Street home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in 4th Street/ Cook Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $49,473 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,473 - a 149.9% increase over the $33,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in 4th Street/ Cook Street in May 2016, as well.
