Route 29/ Route 97 home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $29,250 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,000 - a 101.7% increase over the $28,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Route 29/ Route 97 for 2017 was $1,112. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,105. This marks an increase of 0.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.9%.
