The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Route 4/ Wabash Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $40,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,001 - a 26.4% decrease over the $153,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Route 4/ Wabash Avenue in October 2016.
