Pawnee home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Pawnee rose by $26,340 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 31.5% increase over the $83,660 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pawnee in June 2018.

The median sales tax in Pawnee for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,235, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for June 2019.
