The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $56,973 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $25,000 - a 69.5% decrease over the $81,973 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Arlington Heights in June 2018.
