Route 4/ Washington Street home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Route 4/ Washington Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $10,250 while total sales decreased by 39%, according to BlockShopper.com.
