4th Street/ Cook Street home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in 4th Street/ Cook Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.
