Route 97/ 9th Street home prices fall in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Route 97/ 9th Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $9,025 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.
