Williamsville home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Williamsville rose by $53,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,500 - a 39.6% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Williamsville in the second quarter of 2018.
