Leland Grove home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Leland Grove, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $172,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Leland Grove in the second quarter of 2018.
