Route 97/ Walnut Street home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Route 97/ Walnut Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.
