Q3 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 62563?

There was one offender released on parole during 2019 that lives in Rochester zip code 62563, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Sangamon Sun.

The data shows that the released offender was Kevin M. Rensman. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2017, when he was 26. He is now 28.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
