2. Purchase Order-Express Services Inc for temporary staffing and staffing fee in the amount of $28,000. 

3. Purchase Order-ABILA, Inc for annual software & maintenance renewal for MIP in the amount of $4,100.

Community Resources-Dave MacDonna 

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the CSBG Grant (25-231038) from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity in the amount of $816,483. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required. 

2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the Weatherization Grant (25-401038) from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity in the amount of $414,001. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required.
