President Mike Krall called the meeting of New Berlin Village Board to order at 6:04 p.m. on Wednesday September 16, 2020. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and roll call was taken and each trustees ability to hear and be heard was confirmed.

ROLL CALL:

Present: Mayor Mike Krall, Trustee Cindy Morris, Trustee Sue Spalding, Trustee Andy Surratt, Trustee Stephanie Snyder, Trustee Kris Neuman, Clerk Melissa Dees, Treasurer Angie Libben, Attorney Jason Brokaw.

Absent: Trustee Sharon LaFauce

Audience: Police Chief Terry Nydegger, Cameron Jones Benton & Associates, Michael Meyer, Greta Myers and Jeff Richardson.

Public Hearing

Annexation Agreement for Property Located at 12514 Irish Rd

Attorney Michael Meyer spoke on behalf of Jeffery and John Richardson, requesting a zoning change and is waiting on approval of annexation agreement to convert a private property into a commercial property. No questions from the Audience or the board.

Police: Police Chief Terry Nydegger gave the August department report to the board and also reported that 34 golf carts have now been inspected in the Village.

TIF: Trustee Snyder updated the board on a few potential applicants for next year and also discussed moving forward with the park improvement grant. Trustee Snyder said that there will possibly be a survey crew to inspect the layouts in next 30 days.
