At a meeting this week, the Sangamon County Jail Committee considered a proposed inmate phone and video-visitation system.
The committee also discussed a $395 pre-travel voucher request from Bill Strayer and Ben Helton, who plan to attend a pepperball instructor recertification training clinic in Peoria.
