e. Motion to approve the Special Event Permit for “Sound Bites in Cooperation with Rochester Fall Festival” District 23 & Cochlear Implant Awareness Foundation Beer Tent on October 7, 2017 from 5-10pm

f. Motion to authorize the Village President to sign the intergovernmental cooperation agreement for animal control services

g. Motion to authorize the Village President to sign CMT Work Order 17-02 Oak Mills 3rd Addition

h. Motion to hire two full-time maintenance workers in the Rochester Public Works Department

if they pass all the required testing
