 Meeting called to order at 1500 hours by President W. Rose.

Present were: President W. Rose, Secretary B. Osborne, and Trustee J. Bolletta.

Absent were: Trustee K. Romadka and Trustee B. Gorbett.

Treasurers/Investment Committee Report:

 The Chatham Firefighter’s Pension Fund account balance reported on the May 15, 2017 Bank & Trust Company statement balance is $ 87,207.85. Previous balance was $ 75,592.70 with $12,999.26 in deposits, $ 1,412.59 in debits, and $ 28.48 in interest.

 Motion to accept Treasurers Report was made by Trustee J. Bolletta and seconded by President W. Rose, motion passed.

 Received correspondence from Charles Schwab about trade confirmation(s).

 Next scheduled Chatham Firefighters Pension Board Meeting is 1500 hours on Wednesday, July 05, 2017.

Training:

 William Rose, Bruce Osborne, Joe Bolletta and Kyle Romadka received 1 hour of Pension Board Training from Bill Yocius of Mitchell, Vaught & Taylor Inc. The training covered Differences of Stocks and Bonds.

 Upcoming Training: IPPFA, 8-Hour, Regional Seminar, Edwardsville, IL. June 20, 2017.

 Upcoming Training: IPPFA, 32-Hour, Mandatory Trustee Training; in Edwardsville, IL.; on Tuesday August 22, 2017, Tuesday September 19, 2017, Tuesday, October 17, 2017, and Tuesday November 14, 2017.

NOTE: Just a reminder: Illinois Department of Insurance (DOI) has made a rule, that all Pension Board Trustee’s, must complete 16 hours of training annually by August 12th of each year.
