Sangamon County Road and Bridge Committee will meet July 26.

3. Resolutions & Ordinances.
a. Resolution approving the low bid for a pavement preservation project on CH 31 – Williamsville Road.
b. Resolution approving right-of-way settlement with Sukup Et al.
c. Resolution approving right-of-way settlement with Ostermeier Et al.
d. Resolution approving right-of-way settlement with Michael and Laura Carroll.
e. Resolution approving Intergovernmental Agreement between the Springfield Park District, Village of Rochester, Village of Chatham, City of Springfield, and the Sangamon County Highway Department.
4. Committee Approvals.
a. Approval to Hire – Heavy Equipment Operator (3).
b. Approval of Bid Estimate for roofing work on Engineering Garage.
c. Approval to scrap excess plows, mower decks and spreader boxes.
d. Approval of Bid Estimate for replacement furnace and associated duct work – Tabled.
