UNFINISHED BUSINESS: $677.00 was collected from the Dumpster Program this month. $170.00 of this amount was collected the first Saturday of the month.

City Water Project Update-Per Attorney Don LoBue, since there is an annexation, a public hearing was required and was held Tuesday night. Final passage by the Springfield City Council is scheduled for next Tuesday night. Per Supervisor Gary Budd, the deposit check for the water service has been paid and the required permits are being obtained and the needed products are being ordered. He said the Township will not have to annex to the City until an adjoining property annexes. Since the Township is tax exempt, there is no advantage for the City if the Township was to annex.

NEW BUSINESS: The Board will vote on the Town and Road District Levies at the November meeting. It was discussed that the amount of the levies will be set at 105% of last year’s levy.

Supervisor Gary Budd discussed the possibility of holding an electronic recycling event next spring. Flag Project Update- Kim Cessna is waiting for response to fliers sent out to several schools in District 186 area. The winning school would receive $100.00 for their art class.

Danna Haynes of 117 Colby Ave. discussed her concern about a fence between her property and D’ Auto World. The board suggested she address this issue with the County since the Township did not have jurisdiction over this. Supervisor Gary Budd said the Board would continue monitoring zoning issues that come up.

A motion to adjourn was made by Mike Morris and seconded by Shannon Lynch. All voted aye. Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
