Vote on accepting following reports:

-Water/Sewer, Streets/Alleys, Police, Treasury, Cemetery, Grant Writer’s, and Office Manager’s Reports

Vote on the following topics:

-June 2018 meeting minutes

-Payment of Bills

-Appointment of Shelly Nicholson to Library Board with term ending July 2022

-Purchasing a replacement refrigeration skid from Hydro Kinetics for $1295

-Authorization for Mayor to get bids for concrete work at mailbox on city lot, at sewer plant dumpster area, at street dept storage bin and get work completed utilizing lowest bid

-Purchasing a new squad car not to exceed $39,300 utilizing proceeds from LESO funds for purchase

-Hiring Part time Officer Kyle Hopps as Full Time School Resource Officer at $18.00 hrly with shared salary with ACSD #213

-Increasing Sgt Fritz’s wages to $20.00 hrly

-Increasing Officer Abrams-Meredith’s wages to $18.50 hrly

-Increasing Water Superintendent Crowe’s wages to $17.15 hrly

-Increasing Sewer Superintendent Bluett’s wages to $17.15 hrly

-Increasing Water Utility Worker Lockwood’s wages to $13.50 hrly

*Wage increases are results of yearly performance evaluation increases

Public Comments- Limited to 3 minutes per speaker when addressing council via utilization of podium
