Athens Community Unified School District 213 issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
Homecoming Week is September 23-29. Our theme is Dream Vacations. Students will participate in a week long food drive for the Athens Food Pantry, daily dress up days and activities. The Court for this year is: Freshmen - Christopher Powell and Megan Garcia; Sophomores - Jack Flatley, Delayne Chambers, Grant Lucas and Molly Hughes; Juniors - JC Coonrod, Olivia Bohannan, Kolbe Kinney, Taylor Harris, David Plavi, and Morghan Kerwin; Seniors - Brodee McCormick, Morgan Penrod, Ryan Nordsiek, Ellen Selinger, Lucas Witmer and Erin Stille. The 2018 King and Queen are Jacob Hughes and Kaitlyn Blasko.
