Illinois State Museum issued the following announcement on Nov. 19.
Winter is a time for celebrating the changing seasons and spending time with friends and family. Learn how the holidays in Illinois have been celebrated through the years by making New Years noisemakers, lantern jars, snowflakes, playing games, and more.
Super Saturdays offer thematic activities recommended for children ages 5 and up each month. Activities take 30-40 minutes to complete and are included with Museum admission.
