Athens Community Unit School District 213 issued the following announcement on Dec. 15.
First Semester Exams will be Wednesday, December 19 for periods 2, 4 and 6; Thursday, December 20 for periods 1, 3 and 7; and Friday, December 21 for period 8. High school students will be dismissed at 2:15 pm on December 19 and 20. If they walk, drive or have a ride, they may leave at that time. Buses will run at 3:08 pm on December 19 and 20. High school students will be dismissed at 10:00 am on December 21. If they walk, drive or have a ride, they may leave at that time. Buses will run at 2:15 pm on December 21.
