City of Atlanta issued the following announcement on Jan. 22.
Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms will join a delegation of more than 100 Atlanta-based CEOs and leaders and the Super Bowl LIII Host Committee at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, Jan. 22 to ring the opening bell in celebration of Atlanta as the host city for Super Bowl LIII. The bell ringing will officially kick off the countdown to the big game, which takes place on Sunday, Feb. 3 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
