Median prices declined in San Jose over last year, and are down 50.5 percent over 9 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 1 home sold in San Jose for a price of $31,900. That's 64.9 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, there were no foreclosures in San Jose.
