Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $40,250 while total sales decreased by 2.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,500 - a 19.7% decrease over the $204,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Route 4/ Greenbriar Drive in the second quarter of 2016.
