Dawson home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Dawson fell by $7,125 while total sales increased by 350%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,900 - a 4.8% decrease over the $147,025 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Dawson in the third quarter of 2016.
