Auburn home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Auburn fell by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,000 - a 18.1% decrease over the $124,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Auburn in the third quarter of 2016.
