Woodside home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 20.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $197,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Woodside in the third quarter of 2016.
