Route 4/ Route 97 home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 15.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,500 - a 14.9% decrease over the $111,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in the third quarter of 2016.
