4th Street/ Cook Street home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in 4th Street/ Cook Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $15,900 while total sales increased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,000 - a 27% decrease over the $58,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in 4th Street/ Cook Street in the third quarter of 2016.
