Woodside home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $8,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,750 - a 4.5% decrease over the $195,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Woodside in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Woodside for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,211.40, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
