Lincoln home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Lincoln rose by $10,010 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,500 - a 19.4% increase over the $51,490 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Lincoln in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for 2017 was $1,814. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,817. This marks an decrease of 0.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.9%.
