Williamsville home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Williamsville fell by $25,025 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 15.2% decrease over the $165,025 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Williamsville in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Williamsville for 2017 was $3,240. In 2016, the median sales tax was $3,395. This marks an decrease of 4.6%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
