The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Salisbury/ Farmingdale, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $53,300 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 24.6% increase over the $216,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Salisbury/ Farmingdale in September 2016.
