Woodside home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $30,650 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,900 - a 18.7% increase over the $164,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Woodside in September 2016.
