Route 4/ Route 97 home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $26,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,000 - a 22.6% decrease over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in September 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Route 4/ Route 97 for 2017 was $1,853. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,907. This marks an decrease of 2.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2%.
