4th Street/ Cook Street home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in 4th Street/ Cook Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $26,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 89.7% increase over the $29,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in 4th Street/ Cook Street in September 2016.
