Grandview home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Grandview, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $31,500 - a 33% decrease over the $47,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Grandview in September 2016.
