Atlanta home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Atlanta fell by $16,900 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 12.3% decrease over the $136,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Atlanta in June 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Atlanta for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,805, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
