Arlington Heights home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $14,973 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,973 - a 22.3% increase over the $67,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Arlington Heights in June 2017.
