Call to Order / Roll Call / Approval of Agenda The meeting was called to order by President, Matt Seman. Roll call was taken by the recording secretary. President Seman declared the Amended Budget Hearing open,
A motion was made by Lorri Bandy and seconded by Kurt Ratliff that the agenda for the Budget Hearing be approved as read.

Motion carried.

Amended Budget Hearing
Mr. Reedy informed the Board that due to ISBE accounting rules, it was necessary to amend the FY2019 budget to better account for the school security platform ledger entry. It was amended to reflect its 'lease to own' status.
He further noted that the district has not experienced any unexpected expenses for the fiscal year.
The FY19 Amended Budget is viewable to the public at the district office.

A motion was made by Lorri Bandy and seconded by Charlie Waugh to adjourn the meeting.
President Seman declared the Amended Budget Hearing closed at 6:03pm
