State’s Attorney, Dan Wright

 Approve to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney-Fellowship at an annual salary of $40,000 effective on or after August 14, 2019; the previous employee was promoted within the department in March, 2016

 Approve to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney-Child Support Division at an annual salary of up to $47,000 effective on or after August 14, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system on June 14, 2019

 Approve to hire Cullen Manning as replacement ASA-Chief of Traffic/Misdemeanor Division at an annual salary of up to $76,000 effective on or after August 14, 2019; the previous employee has not left the payroll system

 Resolution to consent and decree that offices and departments of Sangamon County are authorized to participate in the State of Illinois Federal Surplus Property Program

Sheriff, Jack Campbell

 Approve to hire a replacement Merit Deputy at an annual salary of $52,025 effective on or after August 14, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system on December 14, 2018

 Approve to hire a replacement Merit Deputy at an annual salary of $52,025 effective on or after September 1, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system on February 8, 2019

 Resolution to approve the replacement of two (2) Inmate Transport Vehicles and partitions/barriers at a cost not to exceed $82,500

 Agreement between Sangamon County Coroner and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago to participate in the Development of the State Unintentional Drug Overdose Reporting System (SUDORS)

 Approve to hire a replacement Records Info Specialist Phone Center at an annual salary of $27,385.19 effective September 9, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system on August 9, 2019

 Approve to hire a replacement Records Pleadings Clerk, part time at a rate of $11.43 an hour effective September 9, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll system on August 9, 2019

County Clerk, Don Gray

 Approve to hire Angie Dennison as replacement Elections/Absentee Clerk at an annual salary of $40,029.50 effective September 23, 2019; the current employee will leave the payroll system on August 23, 2019

 Approve to hire a replacement Election Clerk at an annual salary of $29,500 effective October 23, 2019; the current employee will be promoted within the department effective September 23, 2019

 Resolution to extend Watts Copy Systems Inc. Copier Contract for an additional two years

 Resolution and Purchase Order ISD 2019-025 for various vendors in the amount of $201,777 for network cabling and network equipment upgrades

 Resolution to approve the application and forward to the Finance Committee for acceptance of the Life Skills Reentry Centers & Local Workforce Areas Statewide Coordination with anticipated grant revenue of $9,500; matching funds not required

 Approve to hire Edward Horton, Ameren Diversity Staffing Intern at an annual salary of $31,613 effective September 2, 2019 – December 31, 2020

Court Services, Mike Torchia

 Approve to hire a Probation Officer at an annual salary of $38,870 effective October 1, 2019; this is a new position that is 100% funded by a U.S. Department of Justice grant

 Approve to hire a replacement Detention Officer at an annual salary of $42,689 effective August 19, 2019; the previous employee left the payroll on January 15, 2019

 Resolution to approve the grant application and forward to the County Board for approval of a Prison Rape Elimination Act planning/implementation grant through U.S. Department of Justice- Bureau of Justice Assistance in the amount of $20,000 to $200,000; matching funds of 100% is required

 Resolution and Purchase Order BG201924 to purchase materials from Shor-Line Schroeder Manufacturing Company for the construction of the new kennel system for Animal Control at a cost of $301,397.49
